For many people the mention of cork conjures up little more than the popping open of a champagne bottle, or more frequently of a far cheaper bottle of wine. To those in the know, however, that does great injustice to a wonderful natural material for home decor and many other uses. This is especially helpful for interior designers who like to work with the physical qualities but not the color. In commercial settings too cork products are commonly used in a similar way to a home.
